Renowned artist Brendan Murphy has made waves in Saudi Arabia’s art scene with the unveiling of his sculpture, FWD, at the Four Seasons Riyadh. The 42 inch spaceman sculpture, encrusted with a 517-carat diamond visor, is not just a sculpture—it’s a statement that’s valued at over 77 million SAR – that’s more than $20 million!

The spaceman sculpture is now the centrepiece of the hotel’s lobby and the chic Cafe Boulud, where guests can get up close and personal with the spaceman.

And while you’re there, don’t miss the exclusive Café Boulud dessert inspired by FWD: “The Crashed Moon,” featuring blueberries, fig texture, and a buckwheat crunch—a delicious nod to the sculpture’s cosmic theme.

Head down to the Four Seasons now to check it out.
